Prayer of Victory

"But thanks be to God who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ." 1 Corinthians 15:57

Father, I praise You for the victorious life You have promised me. I don't have to be discouraged, defeated or confused, yearning for attention or approval. I can be affirmed by Your Word and Your Holy Spirit. Thank you for calling me and saving me, for filling me with the Holy Spirit. Thank You that I am fearfully and wonderfully made. I praise You for that (Psalm 139:14). What a joy to know that you knew me before I was born, and you set me apart, and appointed me as a prophet unto the nations (Jeremiah 1:5).

Today, Father, I choose to walk as an overcomer. I declare that I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. No weapon formed against me will prosper. I take the shield of faith and quench every fiery dart of the evil one. I overcome evil with good. I walk in great peace, because Your Word declares in Psalm 119:165, “Great peace have they that love Thy Word, and nothing shall offend them.” I choose life, joy, peace, success, and purity today. I choose to see myself as You see me, loved, accepted, gifted, empowered, edified, and equipped. Amen

What is the key to victory/

Put God's word first place in your life.

Make the decision to spend time in the word of God and act on it.

You will soon begin to enjoy victory and freedom in your life.

Repentance is a God given opportunity to enter into the blessings of the Lord and escape from the oppression of the enemy.
If you haven't ask Jesus into your heart as Savior and asked Him to forgive you of your sins, it is as simple as following these steps:

1) ADMIT YOU HAVE SINNED. "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" (Romans 3:23).

2) BELIEVE IN JESUS. "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life" (John 3:16).

3) CONFESS AND LEAVE YOUR SIN. "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9)

A Christian who loves to write about christian living, spiritual health and self improvement. I pray daily that the love and grace of God will be poured out through my life to others, so that those who are in bondage can be delivered and the captives set free. I remind myself daily that whether or not I have "witnessed" I am still a witness in everything I do.
