Your present condition does not dictate your future, your faith in God does.
The Word of God is living and active. If you confess the Word of God over your heart and life, it will not return void. We encourage you to meditate on these confessions.

Confession

And I have put my words in thy mouth, and I have covered thee in the shadow of mine hand, that I may plant the heavens, and lay the foundations of the earth, and say unto Zion, Thou art my people. (Isaiah 51:16)

The Lord has put His words in my mouth therefore I shall be his mouthpiece, and because He covers me I shall not be afraid to speak.

Redeem The Time

Our Daily Devotional:

Redeem the Time

Ephesians 5:15-16 NKJV: See then that you walk circumspectly, not as fools but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil.

I consider a great portion of my life with regret. When I think about the many hours I have spent indulging my flesh in unnecessary frivolity, I cannot help but be saddened. For when I consider the great many hours in which I could have been sitting at the Lord´s feet, learning from Him, instead of giving in to the momentary amusements for my mortal mind, I feel as though I have lost out on what is truly of worth. Perhaps you understand. Perhaps there is something that has occupied more of your time and attention than it should. For you know, as I, that it is easy to neglect the more important things of God, and it is easy to overlook and excuse our behavior. Yet there is so much to be gained if we would only surrender to be fully about our Father´s business--starting here and now. If we truly live life for Him today, redeeming the time, we will need not consider our yesterdays with regret any longer.

Gi,

I know all to often I find myself facing those distractions that seek to cause me to loose focus of the path and plans that Christ has for me. It is quite common for me to fast from those simple distractions like tv or the internet. It is important that we all be aware of our own personal distractions and how those things impact our relationship with Christ.

with blessings,

Minister Mamie

So true, we can get caught up doing so many things for the Lord that we miss what we have been really called to do.

Forgetting those things that are behind and pressing forward. I have to remind myself of that so as i won't be self-condemning. Moving foreward and pressing toward the prize of the high calling in God!

God is able to make even a bad situation work for our good. Whatever situation caught our attention and led us astray can now be shared as a testimony to keep others from making the same mistake.

Repentance is a God given opportunity to enter into the blessings of the Lord and escape from the oppression of the enemy.
