Don't worry you are going to make it

With everything that's going on around the world, the future looks bleak. The enemy is having a field day using the situation to drive fear into the hearts of people to discourage them so that their faith may fail. But when you look at the situation from God's perspective, its totally different. God is not subject to the failures of man. He is not waiting like us for something to happen. He wants to make something.

The enemy is seeking to destroy lives by controlling those in leadership and he is succeeding. For too long man has been listening to the ideas and wisdom of the politicians. The wisdom of the world will come to nothing, it is failing as we can see.because God has been left out of the equation, therefore the foundations are crumbling because there were not built on the principles of God.

Which of you by worrying is going to change anything. Worry is like a
rocker, it keeps you going but it doesn't get you anywhere.
Of course we have to make plans but God doesn't want us to be filled with worry and anxiety about tomorrow.

All this worrying is causing health problems, such as headaches , fatigue ,stress, and changes in blood pressure to name a few.

It is disrupting productivity, you can't get much done because worrying interferes with your thinking and it affects the way you treat people. Because of all the worrying you become withdrawn, you become a grouch.

It also reduces your ability to trust in God, filled with worry and distracted by the pressures all around, there is little time to pray or concentrate on the word of God. You don't remember to confess his promises.

Matthew 25-34 says:

25 "That is why I tell you not to worry about everyday life—whether you have enough food and drink, or enough clothes to wear . Isn't life more than food, and your body more than clothing

26.Look at the birds. They don't plant or harvest or store foods in barns, for your heavenly Father feeds them . And aren't you far more valuable to him than they are.
27. Can all your worries add a single moment to your life?

28 "And why worry about your clothing? Look at the lilies of the field and how they grow. They don't work or make their clothing.

29 yet Solomon in all his glory was not dressed as beautifully as they are.

30 And if God cares so wonderfully for wildflowers that are here today and thrown into the fir tomorrow, he will certainly care for you. Why do you have so little faith.

31 "So don’t worry about these things, saying, ‘What will we eat? What will we drink? What will we wear ?

32.These things dominate the thoughts of unbelievers, but your heavenly Father already knows all your needs.

33 Seek the Kingdom of God above all else and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need.

34 "So don’t worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today’s trouble is enough for today.

So what do you do with your worry?

1. Give them to God

.According to 1 Peter 5:7 we should give all our cares and worries to God, for he cares about us.
By carrying all these care you are showing that you have not fully trusted God with your life.

2.Pray about it.
.
Philippians 4:6 tells us not to worry about anything; instead we should pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all that he has done

As long as you worry and are anxious concerning what you are praying about, you nullify the effect of your prayer; you haven't cast it upon him you still have it.

3. Fix your thoughts on God's power

Philippians 4:8-9 lets us know that we should fix our thoughts on God's power and not life's problems

We should turn our thoughts from the negative, unbelieving to the positive, constructive thoughts of faith, hope and love.

4.Trust in God's promises

Exodus 14:13 tells us that we should not be afraid despite what is facing us. We only have to trust in God's promise.

This is the attitude we should have today with all the troubles surrounding us. We should purpose in our hearts to deal with the worry and anxiety we are facing and not let the enemy use it to destroy us. Rise up in your faith and continue to trust in his promises.

Psalms 55:22 says to give your burdens to the Lord, and he will take care of you. He will not permit the godly to slip.

You are going to make worried one.

Oh, I can relate to this one on so many levels. As someone who has spent to much of my time stressed, anxious, and worried, it is so great to know that I serve a God that I can cast all my cares to and not have to pick them back up. When I put my faith in Christ, I don't feel the weight of trying to handle things all on my own. How wonderful it is having Christ as my Lord and Savior.

with blessings,

Minister Mamie

I use to be in bondage to worry, but God delivered me. Every once in awhile it will try to sneak in on me but I quickly get my mind back upon the Lord. When I realized that my worrying was actually a sin unto God, I wanted it out of my life, i wanted to be free from it's shackles. As long as i was worrying i wasn't trusting. I have learned when it is yelling don't listen because it is not the voice of God. Great post Gi.

Hallelujah! Praise the name of Jesus.

Praising God is what we have to do to beat out the flames of worry. Worry separates us from Him; praise brings us back. I'm saying this from the perspective of more wearying experience than I care to recite.

Situations are always temporary. God is eternal. Jesus is Lord. What I do for Him will last forever. Worry wastes my time.

Do what you can do and must do to better your situation, but leave worry alone. Worry comes from flesh. Flesh is not your friend, as my wonderful and understanding husband preaches and teaches so well.

I am so glad I logged on to Blog Catalog this morning. I am going through a lot myself. I really need to read this. Thanks so much for this entry.. I will be a frequent here.

Repentance is a God given opportunity to enter into the blessings of the Lord and escape from the oppression of the enemy.
If you haven't ask Jesus into your heart as Savior and asked Him to forgive you of your sins, it is as simple as following these steps:

1) ADMIT YOU HAVE SINNED. "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" (Romans 3:23).

2) BELIEVE IN JESUS. "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life" (John 3:16).

3) CONFESS AND LEAVE YOUR SIN. "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9)

A Christian who loves to write about christian living, spiritual health and self improvement. I pray daily that the love and grace of God will be poured out through my life to others, so that those who are in bondage can be delivered and the captives set free. I remind myself daily that whether or not I have "witnessed" I am still a witness in everything I do.
